He is survived by: his parents, Thomas G. Perkins and Shirley Broughfman Perkins; his son Thomas Perkins, Jr. (Ashley Lee) of Frankford, WV; and his grandchildren, Jonathan, Lucy and Lilly Perkins.
A reception was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Arritt Funeral Home (1102 S Highland Ave, Covington, VA 24426). Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 10:00 PM at the same location.
