She is survived by: her children, Tessia Kellison Harris (Jason Harris) of Kingsport, TN and John Scruggs Jr. of Clifton Forge, VA.; and her siblings, Nancy Coleman of Covington and Jerry Smith of Clifton Forge. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
