He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Cale, Kerry Weade, Chipper Cale of Covington and Matthew Cale of Covington; and his siblings, Donnie Cale of Covington, Judy Cottrell of Clifton Forge and Constance Gadd of Covington. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
