He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth Anne Crush of Low Moor; his siblings, Mark Crush (Debbie) of Vinton, Peggy Abell of Baltimore and Linda Crush Ellis (Whitman) of Covington; his close friend Georgia Wilmer; and his pet Pretty Boy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
