He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Bell and Ocie Alice Bell of Waiteville, WV; and his brother Donald Bell. He is survived by: his wife Cassandra Bell (Vinson) of Covington; his sons, Rodney Bell (Brenda) of Covington and Brian Bell of Nags Head, NC; and his grandchildren, Jon Bell (Megan) of Knoxville, TN, Chris Bell (Beth) of Covington and Katelyn Bell Nicely (Adam) of Covington. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren and other family members.
