He was predeceased by: his parents, Alpha Omega and Julia Stevens Paitsel; his wife Lois A. Paitsel; and his grandchildren, Ben Jones, Kimberly and Alyssa.
He is survived by: his son David R. Paitsel (Carol); his grandchildren, Connie, Charlie, Patricia Taylor of Texas, Linda Jones of Buena Vista, Laura Campbell of Covington, Chris, Moriah, Hayley, Jesse and Julia; and his close friends, Danny Taylor and Ray. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and his special cat.
