He is survived by: his wife Una Hubbard Kelley; his children, Ralph Kelley, Jr. (Betsey), Angela Shinault (Dale) and Chris Kelley (Beth); his grandchildren, Brandon (Heather), Zachary (Jill), Tyler (Bethany), Kursten, Bryce (Josey) and Baylie; his great grandchildren, Liza, Nora, Parker, Davis and Waylon; and his siblings, Loretta Reed, Janet Campbell, Edward Kelley and Lloyd Kelley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
