Pauline Legg Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Pauline Legg (Covington, Virginia), born in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 8, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandmother Cornelia Koontz; her parents, Myles Bittinger and Louise Bittinger; her siblings, Patricia Wykle and Raymond Bittinger; her nephews, Keith Snider and Robert Defibaugh III; and her great grandchild Myles Cahoon.
She is survived by: her daughter Paula Legg Smallwood (Tony R. Smallwood, Sr.) of Covington; her grandchildren, Kayla, Christopher Cahoon of Selma, Tyler, Maria Smallwood of Churchville, Allyson Burton, Christopher Spraker of Covington, Tony Smallwood Jr. of Covington and Jeran Smallwood of Radford; her great grandchildren, Carrigan Cahoon, Bryson Burton, Brody Spraker and Bennett Spraker; her siblings, Jean Snider of Charlottesville, Velma Defibaugh, Roy, Gale Bittinger, Ruth Cochran of Buena Vista, Shirley, Jimmie Thompson of Charlottesville and Diane Bittinger of Pilot; and her brother-in-law Richard Wykle. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to the Myles Lee Cahoon Memorial Scholarship Fund located at Highlands Community Bank in Covington, or to the Covington Rescue Squad.
