She is survived by: her son Travis Cottrell (Kylie) of Lynchburg; her stepdaughters, Elizabeth "Yipi" Ridout (Marty) of Hampton and Rhonda Petitjean of Hampton; her daughter-in-law Cindy Cottrell Peck of Raleigh, NC; her grandchildren, Allyson Cottrell, Billie Cottrell, Rebecca Cottrell, Madeline Ridout, Edward Ridout, Miriam Ridout, Miranda P. Mullins, Roxanne Petitjean, Ryan Petitjean and Kambree Sears; her brother Warnel Knick, Jr. of Charlotte, NC; her nieces and nephews, Jonathan Knick of Charlotte, NC, Ashley Knick of Charlotte, NC and Jeffrey Knick of Charlotte, NC; and also, Kathy and Faye. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
