He was predeceased by: his parents, John Webb and Ruby Looney Bridgeman; and his stepmother Dora Lowe Webb (Barbara Webb). He is survived by: his children, Dana Webb (Cecila) of Raleigh, NC, John L. Webb of Covington and Gina W. Robertson (Steve) of Florida; his grandchildren, River Elizabeth Webb of Florida, Kipton Webb, Scott Robertson of Christiansburg and Adam Robertson of Florida; his sisters, Jackie Carper of Covington and Joan Sanchez of Charlottesville; and his niece Tonia Smith (Dale).
