He is survived by: his wife Karen Vienneau Hollifield of Covington; his stepsons, Ted Worlock and Paul Worlock; his sister Carol Haithcock (Orvis); his niece Briana Brown; his great-niece Jordan Pickard; and also Hayes Pickard. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
