It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Jackson Phillips Jr. of Covington, Virginia, who passed away on February 17, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Jackson Phillips, Sr. and Mildred Persinger Phillips Walker. He is survived by: his wife Judith Wheeler Phillips; his sister Jan Phillips Armontrout (Charlie); and his nieces and nephews, Lisa Warren Brown (Billy), Richard A. Warren, Jr. (Christy) and Loveda L. Warren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Loving Funeral Home (350 N Maple Ave, Covington, VA 24426).
