She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas P. Hepler and Isabelle Paxton Hepler; her husband Bobby W. Gaines, Sr.; and her niece Angie Nicely. She is survived by: her children, Amanda Clifford (Kenny) and Bobby Gaines, Jr. (Trista); her granddaughter Kayleigh Isabelle Gaines; and her siblings, Kathy Givens (Wade), Larry Hepler (Bonnie) of Covington and Gary Hepler (Kim) of Covington.
