He was predeceased by: his wife JoAnn Halverson Morgan; his parents, William Albert Morgan and Sadie Persinger Morgan; and his sister Helen Lucas. He is survived by: his daughters, Debra Kay Rago (Ken) of Buchanan, Kimberly Ann Brown (Jim) of Covington, Linda Reyns of Covington and Susan Amber Bostic (Tim) of Fincastle; his grandchildren, Ryan Jenkins, Brandy Moye, Michael Brown, AdriAnne Reynolds, Katie Bostic and Kyle Bostic; and his sister Hazel Hayes. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
