Haynes of Covington; his children, Frankie Haynes, Jr. (Rhonda) of Covington, Angie Lomasney (Mike) of Covington and Missie Persinger (Jeff) of Clifton Forge; and his grandchildren, Nic Lomasney (Jaimie), Brandon Lomasney (Samantha), Megan Montgomery (Peter), Adrianna Moon (Trae), Josh Persinger (Amber), Daniel Persinger, Laurel Haynes and Caleb Haynes. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren and one great grandson.
