He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny M. Miller, Sr. and Marion Miller. He is survived by: his brothers, Shawn Miller, Travis Miller, Tim Miller of Covington and John D. Miller (Samantha) of Charleston, S. C.; his nephews, Cohen, Hudson and Dylan; and his niece Nora.
