He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Parrish and Mary Wells Parrish; his siblings, Paul David Parrish, John Richard Parrish and Paula Jean Parrish; and his nephew Barry Alan Parrish.
He is survived by: his sons, Ryan Scott Parrish (Kandi) and David Craig Parrish (Alison); his grandsons, John Duncan Parrish and William Edward Parrish; his nieces and nephews, Bryan Parrish (Lori), John Preston Parrish, Richard Lynn Parrish, Laura Parrish and Leigh Stubbs (John); his cousin Sharon Pettit (Richard); and his sister-in-law Linnie Parrish.
