He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Lee Hepler and Mary Ada Reynolds Hepler; his wife Daisy Florine Wright Hepler; and his grandson Terry Lee Hepler. He is survived by: his children, Charles Hepler, Jr. (Susan), Jessie Hepler (Roberta Lynn) of Covington, Anita Redman (Gary), Susan Miller (Phillip), Mary Perry (Dale) and Molly Glick (David); and his caregiver Christy Stevens. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
