She was predeceased by: her mother Lottie Hughson; her grandchildren, Naeshawn Jefferson, Anthony Dyrome Allen, Michelle Renee Allen and Coco Allen; and her nephew Willie Allen.
She is survived by: her husband William H. Allen, Jr. of Clifton Forge; her children, Velma Jeffries (William "Billy" Miller), Robin Lynn Allen (Charles "Van" Morris), Deborah "Nikki" Allen (Gregory "Dino" Jeter), Latyja Armstrong of Clifton Forge and William Allen III (Angela Allen); her sisters, Gloria McIntyre of New York, Geraldine Allen of Clifton Forge and Kathryn Jean Godfrey of Clifton Forge; her nephew Richard Naylor of Pittsburgh; and her close friend Beatrice "B. B." Smith of Clifton Forge. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Pine Street Baptist Church (347 E Pine St, Covington, VA 24426). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
