He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett S. Napier and Helen Lewis McCauley. He is survived by: his siblings, Emmett, William, James, Josephine, Hugh Blaine, Robert, Frances and Lorraine; his son Jeffrey Napier; his wife Margaret Jean Napier; his daughter Theresa Bickel (Randy); his sister Lucy Gentry; his grandchildren, Carla Bickel and Lance Bickel (Chrissy); and his great grandchild Teddy Alexandria. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
