She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Franklin Clifton and Dorothy Lucille Snell Clifton; and her husband Elwood Dennison Flythe. She is survived by: her children, Shari Lucille Davenport (Donald) of Indianapolis, IA, Linda Leigh Watlet of Courtland, Michael Barham Flythe (Debbie) of Courtland and William Howard "Buddy" Flythe (Holly) of Branchville; her brother Michael Franklin Clifton (DeAnne) of Wabash, IA; and her grandchildren, Matthew Flythe, Will Flythe, Paul Watlet, James Watlet, Michael Flythe, Diane "Beth" Engel King, Christopher Davenport and Krista Bond. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Riverside Cemetery (22416 Main St, Courtland, VA 23837).
