He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Starling Moore; his siblings, Ellen Moore Radford and Ray Moore; his siblings-in-law, Lorraine Starling, Samuel and Cindy Johnson; and his son-in-law Stephen Allen Stewart. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM and on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM and on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in Parrish Funeral Home and suggests that memorial donations be made to The Harvest Christian Fellowship Church, 27002 Smith Ferry Rd., Franklin, VA 23851.
