She was predeceased by: her husband James Robert Lewis; her parents, Richard Lynn and Callie Lynn; her children, Albert Butler, Jr., Edward Butler and Jo-Ann Lewis; and her siblings, Marshall, Raymond, James, Sonny, Nellie and Wilson.
She is survived by: her children, Catherine Ann Huddleston (Chris), Audrey Faye Bradshaw (Wes), Robert Lewis (Dorothy), Jimmy Lewis (Donna) and Mark Edward Lewis; her sister Linda Edwards; and her daughter-in-law Heidi Butler. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren; one great great-grandchild.
