We are sad to announce that on July 6, 2024, at the age of 81, Kenneth Gene Porter of Courtland, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Jacob Porter and Mary Helen Johnson Porter. He is survived by: his wife Faye Cutchins Porter; his sons, Kenneth Brian Porter (Megan) and Kevin Gene Porter (Melissa); his siblings, Harvey J. Porter Jr. (Carolyn), Donnie C. Porter (Linda), Barry T. Porter (Kay), Patsy P. Fowler (Bill) and Danny M. Porter (Ann); and his grandchildren, Taylor Porter, Ella Porter and Kyle Porter. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to The American Red Cross, Newsoms Baptist Church, Franklin Christian Church or any favorite charity.
