She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert E. Kirkland and Pauline Fuller Kirkland; her husband Milton T. Futrell; and her brothers, Robert Kirkland, Jr, Ollie W. "Mutt" Kirkland, William R. "Nuke" Kirkland and John.
She is survived by: her sons, Milton Thomas Futrell, Jr. (Jane Hardy) of Courtland and Douglass Kirkland Futrell (Adlyn) of Dublin, VA; her grandchildren, Kathy F. Dunlow (George Collins, Jr.), Brian W. Futrell (Mandy) of Capron, Molly A. Futrell of New York City and Alexandria N. Futrell of Dublin, VA; her great grandchildren, Christopher L. Clapp of Capron, Alexis L. Clapp of Capron, Christina G. Dunlow of Capron, Jacob T. Dunlow of Capron, James W. Futrell of Capron, Mason T. Futrell of Capron and Betty B. Kirkland of Boykins; and her close friend William E. Dunstan of Chapel Hill, NC.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
