She was predeceased by: her parents, John Claudius Bradshaw Sr. and Ruth Scattergood Joyner Bradshaw; her husband Richard Edward Railey Sr.; and her brother John C. Bradshaw Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Richard Edward Railey Jr. (Anne) of Courtland, Jo Beall of Portland, Ore., Pamela Railey Merritt (Rob) of Bluefield and John Railey (Kathleen) of North Carolina; her grandchildren, Richard Edward Railey III (Katharine), Juliette Grummon-Beale (Geoff), Benjamin Babb Railey (Tamee), Molly Railey Fincher (Bradley), Robert Charles Merritt III (Ashley) and Caroline Bradshaw Merritt; and her great grandchildren, Danee Maren Railey, Jackson Davis Railey, Brantley Dean Fincher, Keagan Hailey Fincher and Houston Fincher.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Rawls Museum Arts or Courtland United Methodist Church.
