He was predeceased by: his parent William Henry; his daughter Stacey Ashley Fowler; and his brothers, William H. "Bud" Fowler, Elmo M. Fowler and Oscar F. Fowler.
He is survived by: his parent Rebie Holland Fowler; his wife Natalie Johnson Fowler; and his nieces and nephews, Patsy Ferguson (Peyton), Wanda Parham, Andy Ferguson, Ashley Murphy (Chuck) and Robbie Murphy.
