With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carroll Dean Keeter of Courtland, Virginia, who passed away on February 4, 2023 at the age of 93. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carroll Dean Keeter to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles O. Keeter and Irene Holland Keeter; and his siblings, Myrtle Goodman and Charles "Junie" Keeter. He is survived by : his significant other Carol Majors; his children, Sheila K. Casillas (Larry) and Mark D. Keeter of San Antonio, TX; his sister Cynthia K. Garris (Wesley) of Windsor; his grandchildren, Megan C. Telles (Jonathan) and Christian Casillas; and his great grandchild Dylan Bridgeman.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 7:30PM Wednesday in the funeral home and suggests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a school that Carroll liked, St. Labre Indian School, P. O. Box 797, Ashland, MT 59003-9900.
