He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Poff; his daughter Teresa Carol; and his parents, Edmond Poff and Mabel Poff. He is survived by: his sons, Mark Poff and Ricky Poff (Nila); his grandchildren, Ladonna Yearout Patton (Elliott), Mason Poff and Stephen Poff (Brittany); his great grandchildren, Forest, Abel, River, Draper Yearout-Patton, Layowin Grace Patton, Ruby, Mila and Lucy Poff; his brother Rex Poff (Liz); and his friends, Spencer Turner, Stephanie Harris, Liz Ling, Donna Hardin, Shirley Thomas and Kayla Mullins.
