She is survived by: her sons, Lemuel Battle Jr. (Larry Battle) and Mike Battle (Nina Battle); her sister Phama Bower Altizer; her grandchildren, Kimberly Nichols (Andrew), Eric Janney (Amanda), Amanda Turman (Cody), Taylor Griffith (Joe Huffman) and Travis Battle; her great grandchildren, Aaron, Carleigh, Ethan, Ava, Luke and Harper; her nephew Josh Altizer (Brandy); her niece Tara Lephew (Adam); and her great-nephew Avery.
