He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Alexander and Bernice Alexander (King); and his brother Robert Alexander. He is survived by: his wife Hedy Alexander (Alva); his children, Billy, Joseph, Kevin Alexander, Amy Wilkins, Beth Desjardins, Becky Curtin and Jessica Mcgeachie; and his stepchildren, Gerson, Renzo, Isa Benavidas-Alva and Julie Alva. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 9 step grandchildren.
