We are sad to announce that on March 24, 2023, at the age of 77, Sandra Diane Chandler of Concord, Virginia, born in Binghamton, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Alvin Springer. She is survived by: her mother Mildred Grace Springer; her husband John Spencer Chandler Sr.; her stepson John Spencer Chandler Jr.; her daughter Debra Fulp; and her stepchildren, Dixie D. Settle, Robin Swansbrough (Roger), Max Timothy Chandler (Melissa) and Richard L. Chandler Sr. (Lucky). She is also survived by her 29 grandchildren and her numerous great-grandchildren.
