Scott Culpeper; her grandparents, Marion, James Edward Scott, Callie and Luther Culpeper; her brother Charles Culpeper, Jr. Michael Culpeper, Sr. (Lorna); and her nieces and nephews, Robert (Zulei), Chris Isaiah (Meagan), Michael Luthel, Jr., Timothy, Jonathan, Brian, Elijah, Leslie, Danielle, Shalita, Jessica, Kierra, Kendra, Ashley, Rachael and Priscilla. She was also cherished by ses uncles, aunts, cousins and many dear friends.
