He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Annis and Hallie Virginia Annis. He is survived by: his friend Fred; his former wife Linda Coulbourne Custis; his children, Wanda Annis Isdell (Fuzzy) of Belle Haven, VA and Mark Forrest Annis (Heather); and his grandchildren, Erin Isdell of Tampa, FL, Forrest and Margaux Annis.
