James Elbert Cothran Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Elbert Cothran of Concord, Virginia, born in Lynchburg, Virginia, who passed away on June 28, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cothran Jr. (Gilbert) and Marion Henderson Cothran (Maybelle); and his brothers, William Gilbert Cothran III and Leonard Alan Cothran. He is survived by: his children, Angela Cothran Wrenn (Charles) and Bryan Christopher Cothran (Rebecca Carter); his grandchildren, Jacob Ryan Wrenn, Brennen Riley Cothran, Carter Emery Cothran, Michaela Elise Wrenn and Isabelle Elise Cothran (Belle); and his brother William Thomas Cothran (Rita) of Lynchburg, VA. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
