With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harvey Garman Morgan Sr. of Concord, Virginia, who passed away on January 22, 2022 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George E. Morgan, Sr. and Reefa Reed Morgan; his grandson Kevin Salmon; and his brothers, Michael Jerry Morgan and G. E. Morgan, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Anderson Morgan; his children, Jetta Morgan (Sherri) of Hurt, Harvey G. "Sam" Morgan, Jr. (Stefanie) of Concord, Teresa Reynolds (Mike) of Appomattox, Cindy Irby (Don) of Lynchburg and Wendy Salmon (Jeff) of Lynchburg; his brother Richard Morgan (Hester) of Damascus; his brother-in-law Allen Anderson of Lynchburg; and his grandchildren, Jared, Zack, Will, Lilly Morgan, Daniel Hamlett (Ronda), Samantha Pollard, Linsey Carter (Mike) and Stuart Salmon (Emily). He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
