She was predeceased by: her husband Larry Arnold "Worm" Grubbs; her parents, Pauline Craighead Evans and David Evans; and her daughter Cynthia Gayle Grubbs. She is survived by: her son Jesse David "J. D." Grubbs (Wendy) of Concord; her grandchildren, Cheyenne and Cameron; and her siblings, Susan E. Reynolds of Appomattox, James "Jimmy" Evans (Judy) of Concord and William "Bill" "Tito" Evans.
