He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Blake and Marion Blake (Graves); and his wife Janet Bova. He is survived by: his children, Douglass Blake (Gail), Garrett Blake (Natalie), Kimberley Silva (Thomas) and Andrew D. Blake of Alabama; his grandchildren, Kyle Blake, Caitlin Stevens, Ben, Kendra Dupuis, Chad, Thomas Silva, Erik and Allyson Blake; and his great grandchildren, Benjamin Stevens and Penelope Paige Dupuis.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, funeral services and burial will be planned at a later time.
