He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ernest N. Windsor, Jr., Mark Windsor and Jeanne Windsor. He is survived by: his sons, David L. Windsor (Audrianna) and Neil Windsor (Vanessa); his grandchildren, Adelina Grace Windsor, Logan Joseph Windsor and Selena Hope Windsor; his sisters, Ellen Ann Moore, Christine Tippett, Beverly Collins and Janice Pollak; and his siblings-in-law, Michael Lopez, Ricky Lopez and Andrea Siemienski. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
