It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Braxton Eugene Davidson of Concord, Virginia, born in Lynchburg, Virginia, who passed away on August 24, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Davidson, Sr. and Mary Lee Walden Davidson; his grandson Allen "A. J." Emmett, Jr.; and his close friend Annie Mae Crabtree. He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Harris (Robert) and Thomas Davidson; his stepchildren, Sharon Jennings (Randall), Margaret Craig (Wayne) and Allen Emmett (Debra); and his grandchildren, Jonathan Roberts, Amy Cox, Amanda Roberts, Amber Harris, Rique Davidson, Monica Davidson and Jessica Campbell. He is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
