He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley A. Parks and Ruth Parks Ashby. He is survived by: his wife Patty Hamilton Parks; his children, Seth J. Parks (Kathy) of Cape Charles, VA and Tracey Lynn Renas (Jeff) of Exmore; his brother Harley Ames Parks, Jr. (Tress) of Belle Haven, VA; and his grandchildren, Kolby Evans, Kayla Evans, Ella Dahl Parks, Tristan Parks, Colin Renas (Laura Fuentes) and Travis Renas (Joi). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
