She was predeceased by: her husband William Novel Lawhorne; her parents, Helen Frances Moore and William Sheridan Huffman; and her sister Bonita McDaniel. She is survived by: her children, William Randall "Randy" Lawhorne (Peggy) of Madison Heights, Wanda Lawhorne, Lyle Moore of Concord and Sharon Kay Smith (Robert) of Cary, NC; her brother Billy Huffman of Lexington; and her brother-in-law Marvin McDaniel of Fredericksburg. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
