He was predeceased by: his mother Lillian Haskins. He is survived by: his children, Franklin Jr., Lillian, James and Patricia; his siblings, Adelaide Champ, Maurice Haskins, Yvonne Washington, James Haskins, Harold Haskins (Peggy), John Haskins, Sr. (Junell), George Ferrell (Rosa) and Rose Cook (Micheal); his godmother Nellie Wright; his niece Patricia Washington; and his goddaughters, Erin Chapman-Ashe and Niree Ashe. He is also survived by grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, nephews.
