We are sad to announce that on February 11, 2023, at the age of 83, William C. Bass of Colonial Heights, Virginia, born in Charlottesville, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Connally Bass and Lucille Josephine Walton Bass; and his wife Ruby Mae Wright Bass. He is survived by: his children, Connie Dietz-Taylor (Jeff) of Colonial Heights, Sheila Daghita (Harry) of Colonial Heights and Eric Bass (Lori) of Disputanta. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
