He was predeceased by: his father William Wade; his stepfather Lyman Cokely; and his father-in-law Neil Bartow. He is survived by: his mother Arleen Cokely; his wife Donna Wade; his daughter Alexzandria "Lexy" Nowlin; his son-in-law Antonio "Tony" Nowlin Sr.; his grandchildren, Antonio "TJ" Nowlin Jr. and Lillian Nowlin; his pets, Scooby, Rosie and Kayla; his mother-in-law Barbara Bartow; his sister Stacey (Arjay Sarmiento); his aunt Ann Marie West; and his stepsiblings, John Cokely (Keemie Von Doren), Brenda (Fred Scott), Amanda (John Gernon) and Kelly (Jeff Yeong).
