She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Lively and Winona Stover Lively; her husband Jimmy Ketcham; and her sister Brenda Randolph. She is survived by: her children, Everett Eads (Tammy), Shane Eads (Annette), Krista DeVauld (Daniel) and Amanda Kozak (Tommy); her grandchildren, Madalyn, Austin, Abigail, Kyle, Clinton, Dustin, Gracie and Emma; and her siblings, Joetta Tweedie (Alan) and David Lively (Karen).
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday evening, April 19, 2024, from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. Flowers are welcome or you may make a donation to any charity of your choice in Patsy's honor.
