She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Wallack and Betty Creasey Porter. She is survived by: her husband Thomas D. Cooke Sr. Pam; her sons, Thomas D. "Dewey" Cooke Jr. (Jennifer) of Sussex County, Stephen B. Cooke (Melissa) of Sussex County and Kevin Cooke (Ellie) of Powhatan; her grandchildren, Brent Cooke, Austin Cooke, Zach Banty, Aidan Cooke, Chelsea Daniels and Justin Cooke; her great grandchild Forrest Daniels; and her sister Melanie W. Moran of Colonial Heights. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
