We are sad to announce that on December 6, 2022, at the age of 88, Lowell Dean Fossum of Colonial Heights, Virginia, born in Flaxton, North Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius C. Fossum and Hanna M. Fossum (Nelson); and his siblings, Lee Fossum, Lloyd Fossum and Ardella Knott (Fossum).
He is survived by: his wife Dixie Lee Taylor; his children, Terri Cooper (David) of North Chesterfield, VA and Ronnie Fossum (Stacy); his grandchildren, Kyle Cooper, Kelly Cooper, Skylar and Brenlynn Tanner; and his sister-in-law Pat Fossum of Moorhead, MN. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
