It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lewis Richard Chartier of Colonial Heights, Virginia, who passed away on August 7, 2024, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Nancy Ellen Jusczyk Burns; and his brother Mark Brian Chartier. He is survived by: his father Richard Norman Chartier; his wife Amber Leigh Chartier; his children, Addison Grace Chartier and Logan Richard Chartier; and his siblings, Michelle Lynn Duggan, Wendy Ann Chartier and Cody Hickenlooper.
