He was predeceased by: his parents, John Silas Brown and Laura Ruth Woodward Brown; and his siblings, Joyce Hicks and John Silas Brown, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Haley Brown; and his children, Larry Joe Brown (Michelle) of Titusville, FL, Patricia Braley (Shawn) of Ghent, NY, Jeffery Brown (Anita) of Ghent, NY and Mark Brown of Chesterfield, VA. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
